InfoHub services are segregated as monitoring services and requisition services. Therefore, clients can choose to receive notifications about trades activities and assets characteristics in real-time and in an automated way. Or request for information, using messages, when needed.
Monitoring services
In agreement with the client’s contracted package, as soon as a trade is registered by its backoffice in B3’s systems, the client receives a message generated in real-time containing the status of the registration and other messages with the asset characteristics. Therefore, every change to the trade status, such as “Pending Counterpart” to “Pending Settlement”, is an event that triggers a new notification to the user.
Notifications also occur whenever a counterpart registers a trade against an InfoHub service user. As soon as the counterpart posts a trade in B3’s system, a notification message is generated, even though the Participant has not confirmed the posting of that trade.
Requisition services
This service allows the client to request data on private assets held in custody by monitored accounts, derivatives characteristics where those accounts enroll as a part or counterpart, and publicly issued assets, via message or screen, whenever deemed necessary. Thus, as soon as a requisition is made, the system verifies if the user has the authorization to receive the information requested in the contracted package and, if so, delivers it via messages.
