The first registration made on the platform by an individual or legal entity will automatically be categorized as “Simple Profile – Free.” This registration should be carried out even by users who intend to contract paid plans in the future . To contract this profile, users must accept the Instrument of Agreement, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (“Instruments”). For free access profiles, signing a SERVICES AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) is not required.

If you are interested in contracting a paid profile, please see below the steps required.

    The Commercial Policy contains explanations, prices, and the rules of the ESG WORKSPACE platform, and it includes the ESG REPORTS DATA module, which has paid profiles.

    After filling in the agreement, send it by email to [email protected], and our team will start the process of checking and electronically signing the contract.   • : Find out more about the product, read the commercial policy and contact our team to request a commercial presentation, if necessary.

    PRODUCT CONTRACTING

  • When filling in the agreement, be attentive to its rules and gaps. Send it to our contracting team ([email protected]), so we can start the process of validating the documentation and, subsequently, signing it.

  • Step 3:
    ACCESS TO THE ESG REPORTS DATA PAID MODULE

  • After signing the agreement, the access kit will be sent to you with the information needed to access the paid profile

     

     

     

  • Documents required for electronic signature

    For contracting purposes, we kindly ask you to:

    • Check that all necessary information in the agreement was filled in;
    • When sending the agreement by email to [email protected], include a scanned copy of a social document (Agreement/Bylaws, Minutes of Election or Power of Attorney) granting authority to the person that is signing the agreement;
    • Enter the full name, CPF and email of the legal representatives and witnesses (mandatory) who will sign the agreement;
    • Inform whether the representatives have an E-CPF.
