Presentation
The GPTW (Great Place to Work) index is compiled as a weighted average of a theoretical portfolio of stocks pursuant of companies certified and the best workplaces, as of the national ranking in Brazil, both prepared by the GPTW. The initiative supports investors investment decisions towards companies willing to place as the center of discussion the relationship between people and employees’ development, while generating a positive impact in their business.
Objective
The GPTW B3 is designed to measure average stock performance tracking changes in the stock prices of companies selected by GPTW as the best environments to work.
Index Type
The IGPTW B3 is a total return index (see the Concepts and Practices Manual for B3 Indices)
Eligible stocks
The IGPTW B3 is composed exclusively of shares and units representing shares of B3-listed issuers that meet the inclusion criteria set forth below.
The index universe excludes Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDRs) and shares of issuers under judicial or extrajudicial reorganization, government- or court-ordered administration or intervention, as well as shares otherwise designated to be under exceptional trading status (see the Concepts and Practices Manual for B3 Indices).
