OTC B3
Participants of the OTC B3 and those who wish to be authorized in this segment must hold a Right of Access, as established in the “OTC B3 Rulebook”, in the “Manual de Normas de Direito de Acesso” and the in the “Manual de Operações de Cadastro de Participantes”.
In Chapter VI, the OTC B3 Rulebook covers Right of Access and the processes of granting, maintaining, cancelling and suspending that right.
The Manual de Normas de Direito de Acesso establishes types of Right of Access, specific procedures relative to eligibility for each type of Right of Access, opening accounts and the designation of a Participant to provide services in the OTC B3.
The Manual de Operações - Cadastro de Participantes details the documents and the procedures necessary for obtaining the Rights of Access, in accordance with the type of institution making the request and the type of activity.
